Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your appointment with Renu Massage & Bodywork, I request 24 hour notice of cancellations. I do understand that emergencies do happen, and I will handle these on a case by case basis. After two no-shows, I reserve the right to refuse to schedule further appointments with a client, and to bill that client for the second missed session. I do depend on appointments to pay for my buisness expenses as well as personal needs, so any missed appointment effects my family and business.
On the occasion that I should need to cancel an appointment with a client, I will make every endevor to contact the client within 24 hours of the appointment. In the event of sickness, I may need to cancel within only a few hours of the appointment. I ask the client to understand when sickness occurs. For their trouble, I will reduce their rescheduled session by 10%.
